Will it work on your phone?

A travel eSIM needs an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone. Most phones sold since 2019 qualify, including iPhone XS and later and recent Pixel, Samsung and Motorola models. Dial *#06#: if an EID appears, your phone supports eSIM.

Two rules worth knowing before you buy. Installing an eSIM needs an internet connection, so do it on Wi-Fi before you fly or on arrival airport Wi-Fi. And an eSIM profile installs once, so do not delete it from your phone while you still need the data.

Yes. Downloading Vayufly costs nothing and browsing plans needs no account. You pay only for the data plan you choose.

Which phones can use a travel eSIM?

Do I lose my own number?

How do I install it?

Recent iPhones and Android phones install with one tap from the app. Any other phone scans the QR code. You need an internet connection to install, and an eSIM profile can only be installed once. Read the install guide

When should I buy?

Either before you fly or once you land, as long as you have internet to install it. Plan validity starts when the eSIM connects to a network at your destination.

What if I have no data after landing?

Check that the travel eSIM is selected for mobile data and that data roaming is on for that line. Restarting the phone resolves most remaining cases. Troubleshooting steps

Can I get a refund?

An unused eSIM that was never installed can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once a profile is installed it cannot be reinstalled, so it is no longer refundable. Refund policy
