Delete your account

You can delete your Vayufly account and the personal data attached to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. From the app

  1. Open Vayufly and go to the Account tab.
  2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2. By email

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.

3. What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, sign-in credentials, and notification preferences.
  • Push notification device registrations.
  • Links between your account and any eSIM profiles, so they no longer appear under your account.

4. What is kept

Order and payment records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and provisioning records are kept for the lifetime of the eSIM so the network operator can honour the plan you bought. These records are no longer linked to a login. See the privacy policy for details.

5. Installed eSIMs

Deleting your account does not remove an eSIM already installed on your phone. It keeps working until its data or validity runs out, but it can no longer be topped up or viewed in the app.
